Permanent and full-time (for the right candidate we’ll consider a four-day week)
Want an agile, proactive and flexible working environment with little red tape (so you get the important stuff done)!
This is a new role within Philanthropy New Zealand (PNZ), and it’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who will relish building a policy and research function.
You’ll break new ground in terms of Government engagement, research and understanding the impact of the giving sector. There’s significant support amongst PNZ’s membership for this position, and you’ll have to cope with the CE’s excitement at this role’s creation!
Given you’ll be leading this function, we’re looking for someone with sufficient experience, intellect and confidence. You’ll need excellent relationship skills and the ability to lead and support collaboration. This role will also contribute to PNZ’s strategy and organisational decision-making – great for the big picture thinker.
While we love the Government sector (😊), we offer a dynamic environment, with real flexibility, an absence of bureaucracy and the feeling of being a cog in a big machine. If you’re a pro-active high performer you’ll thrive in this environment and get immense satisfaction from what you can accomplish.
Please send a CV and covering letter to Sue@philanthropy.org.nz by 9am on 12th September.
