In 2022, PNZ launched a new member network that brings together philanthropic funders, grantmakers and investors committed to acting on climate change. 

The network is a connecting platform, a springboard for ideas, a hub of learning, and a place to find collaborators for funded initiatives. It aims to strengthen the contribution and recognition of the philanthropic sector and grow the efforts of others on this critical issue. 

PNZ is hosting a range of seminars on climate related topics throughout the year, allowing our broader membership to access practical information and ideas on ways to make a difference via their funding and investments.  These seminars will also draw on expertise from other sectors and examine possible roles for philanthropy to play. 

We have developed a tools and advice page with climate resources we think funders will find useful. 

We are also encouraging the use of Match | Te Puna Taurite to profile projects and initiatives  that relate to climate change mitigation, adaptation or wider action.
