the Philanthropy conference 2023

The Philanthropy Conference 2023 brought together funders and grantmakers from across Aotearoa New Zealand and overseas who reconnected, shared knowledge, celebrated achievements and collaborated. Our Uniquely Aotearoa New Zealand theme acknowledged the role that our bicultural foundation, and multicultural society play in our giving. It had a strong focus on climate action and preparing for and helping communities to recover from disasters.

We’d like to acknowledge all the incredible mahi that philanthropic funders and grantmakers are supporting, their willingness to continue challenging themselves to maximise their impact and their commitment to doing philanthropy in a uniquely Aotearoa way.

Speaker presentations are available on members hub. If you came to The Philanthropy Conference 2023 but are not currently a member, you can email gin@philanthropy.org.nz to access these presentations.
