Philanthropy conference 2023

Get ready for the biggest gathering of funders and grantmakers in Aotearoa New Zealand! The Philanthropy Conference with its theme of ‘Uniquely Aotearoa New Zealand’ will be at Te Papa, Wellington on September 13th and 14th 2023.

This highly anticipated, in-person event will bring together our colleagues from across the sector in Aotearoa New Zealand and overseas to learn, network, and collaborate.

This theme acknowledges the role that our bicultural foundation, and now multicultural society play in our giving. It will have a strong focus on climate action, and preparing for and helping communities to recover from disasters.

We’re aiming to leave you inspired and challenged and with the tools, information and connections to support you in your giving and investing.

The conference programme will include keynote and workshop sessions, masterclasses, networking breakfasts, and a celebratory dinner. Learn more the draft subject areas below. We will share more details with you over the coming weeks.
